Winter Black French Truffles – Brushed Extra
Harvested during the winter at the peak of their maturity, these black truffles have been brushed and cleaned, so they are ready to be sliced or shaved over your dishes (we recommend pasta and risottos). Preserved in a very small amount brine -also known as truffle juice- which can be used for other preparations. Preserved truffles will not have any aroma or much flavor out of the jar, so follow the use instructions for best taste. "Extra" grade.
Directions for use: slice thinly and warm up in a pan with truffle butter or truffle oil. Add to the dish while still warm.
